UK Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

• Shipping Options: Standard and tracked delivery options are available at checkout

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and demand.

International Shipping
We also ship internationally to selected destinations.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country

• Tracking: Tracking is provided for all tracked or express international orders

International delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or regulations specific to the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.
Beniah Natural Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order
If you select a tracked shipping option, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Beniah Natural Health cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Physical Products
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographic evidence where applicable

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Change of Mind (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for most physical goods within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:

• The item is unused

• It is returned in its original, unopened packaging

• It is in a resaleable condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used food products

• Opened or used herbal supplements

• Personalised or custom-made items

• Digital products once accessed or downloaded

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable, unless it is faulty or not as described.

Consultations, Events & Retreats
Consultations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

Events, Workshops & Retreats

• Tickets or bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

• If an event is cancelled by Beniah Natural Health, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

• We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Process

To request a return:

2. Await return authorisation

3. Return the item as instructed

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
 
Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
